Free Standard Shipping
Domestic and International:
For our USA based customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. The Standard deliveries take on average 3 - 8 business days excluding weekends. If your package is marked delivered by the USPS, and you do not receive the package, you will need to contact the local post office who has marked it delivered. We will not refund orders that are marked delivered.
For other international customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. Stand deliveries take on average 10 - 18 days excluding weekends.
Delivery doesn't require signature.
- Fast Shipping - DHL :
Orders are processed within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 5 - 10 business days, weekends are not included.
Tracking Info: You will receive the tracking number and shipping status within 24 hours of your purchase. Weekends/holidays are not included.
Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
When will I receive tracking information:
For standard shipment, within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

Return Policy
ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to return it. Some items are eligible for return if they are:
- un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
- received within 30 days to the date it was delivered or purchased
Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs. We suggest getting tracking for the package, for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages. There will also be a re-stocking fee on certain items.
We cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange your item because of limited availability. However, if we are able to, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Please make sure you check your order upon delivery. If you find any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of it's arrival, or buyer assumes responsibility.
All gifts are guaranteed 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with an item you may return it within 3 days of receiving it.
In the event an item is damaged or shorted an image will be required for a replacement or refund. Do not discard of the item until we have been able to resolve your issue. If we can not verify the claim we can not offer a refund or replacement.
It is an excellent idea to to do your research before buying any product online before you buy. This will help ensure you are well-informed and truly do want the item you are ordering. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be made on items that have been used in any way whatsoever. Making sure this is the product for you will help ensure the best possible outcome. If you do have to return something, here is what you need to know…
ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS
All items purchased from Bongstown.com must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:
- Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.
- Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Any glass damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. Understand this also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order. Bongstown.com strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless it can be tracked and is insured.
- Bongstown.com strongly recommends purchasing Worry-Free delivery protection on your return package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Bongstown.com cannot accept receipt of the return and no refund will be given.
- Customer agrees to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes charging cables, covers, storage, parts and/or accessories.
- Bongstown.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return or exchange.
- All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.
Providing that all of the above conditions are in verifiable order, this would be a full refund or the exchanged merchandise sent out.

Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.

The tracking status is "Label created, not yet in system", is the tracking number incorrect?
In this case, your package is indeed in transit.
The tracking info shows "Status Not Available", is the tracking number incorrect?
Sometimes there are some delays in the logistics company update. But it is indeed on the way to transportation. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
Bongstown provides customers with the option to track packages. We will do our best to assist you, but Bongstown does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Please take the action:
- Verify the shipping address from your orders
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- Check to see if the package was left with a receptionist or neighbor
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
- Wait 48 hours - in some rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival
- Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of your parcel.
Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

You can file a claim on a package that has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Upon contacting UPS, please be prepared to provide the details about your package such as tracking number, pick-up date, and value of item(s).
How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Bongstown account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
